This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Form & Field LLC d.b.a. Studio Enigma ("COMPANY," "we" or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Company. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on the use of the Site from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.

Online Payment Terms

All payments for coaching services, programs, sessions, digital products, workshops, and related offerings must be made through the payment methods provided at checkout or invoicing. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us, or our third-party payment processor, to charge the applicable amount.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms, such as Stripe, PayPal, or another secure payment provider. We do not store your full credit card or banking information on our website. Payment processors are responsible for securely handling your payment details according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security standards.

Fees & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed. Any applicable taxes, processing fees, or transaction fees may be added at checkout.

Payment Plans

When a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to pay all scheduled installments according to the terms presented at the time of purchase. Your payment method may be automatically charged on each scheduled due date. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in paused access, delayed services, cancellation of future sessions, or removal from a program until the account is brought current. Missed or failed payments do not cancel your payment obligation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failed or Late Payments

If a payment fails, you may be notified and asked to update your payment method. We may attempt to process the payment again. If payment remains outstanding, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services, materials, sessions, or programs until payment is received.

Refund Policy​

All purchased coaching services, packages, retainers, programs, and sessions are non-refundable. If you choose to stop services before using all purchased sessions or service credits, the unused balance may be applied as a credit toward other eligible services. At the discretion of the business, unused service credits may also be gifted or transferred to another person upon completion of a discovery call to determine mutual fit. Refunds will not be issued for unused services, partially completed packages, missed sessions, late cancellations, or change of mind after purchase.

Service Credit Policy

Approved service credits may be used toward eligible coaching services offered by the business. Service credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Service credits must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase, or within 12 months if no timeframe is specified. Gifted or transferred credits may only be used once and may not be resold.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are considered late and are not eligible for a refund or credit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact your coach directly as soon as possible.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Coach Cancellation Policy

If your coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost. If your coach is unable to provide a purchased service, an appropriate service credit or refund will be offered.

No Medical Advice, Diagnosis, or Treatment

The content on this website is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare or mental health professional before undertaking any therapeutic practice.

No Guarantee of Results

Payment for coaching services does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, transformation, revenue, health improvement, relationship change, or personal achievement. Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on many factors, including your participation, circumstances, choices, and implementation.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us first to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services, termination of access, and recovery of any outstanding amounts, fees, or costs associated with the dispute.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

• Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Company through our website atwww.studioenigma.org, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

   

• Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

   

• Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to support (at) studioenigma (dot) org.

   

• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

   

• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

   

• Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

   

• Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
